To the General Manager - I can not thank him enough for our wonderful apartment at the Windsor.
The location was perfect! We had so much fun in Philadelphia. But more importantly, I wanted to
share with him how wonderful his staff is. I am sure he is already aware, but I thought I would
reinforce it. They all were so accommodating, and very helpful. And they remembered the small
details about us and our stay. It made our stay all the more enjoyable.

I could have written a longer letter because you both have no idea how your staff was all over
us during our stay (I mean that in a good way)!
- The parking staff would not let me go into the hotel without talking about my bike for
about five minutes every time I came to park. Great bunch of guys.
- Front office reception asked if I was warm enough when I checked in that night as I
rode through the mountains and asked if I was warm and needed anything.
- The Front Office Manager found me a room as I decided to stay another night and I told
her last minute even though the hotel was at capacity.
- Every staff member greeted myself or my clients every time we passed them in the hall.
Again, I'm totally impressed with how you both have your staff trained to not only accommodate
the clients, but also the personal vibe they give. They are all better than "professional" in
my eyes.
