An alumnus of Widener University School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Jamie's extensive background in the hospitality industry provides the perfect backdrop of experience and expertise to guide the operations of The Windsor Suites. After several years in various positions with Marriott, he has been quietly transforming The Windsor Suites into a successful operation, no easy feat for an independent hotel in Philadelphia. Jamie's open-door management style and his easy rapport with his staff and guests foster genuine respect and cooperation, and his continuous quest for excellence pushes his staff to strive to accomplish even greater levels of customer service on a daily basis.
James Zhang
Assistant General Manager
James Zhang received his education at Hangzhou University, in China, where he majored in Business Administration. He began his career in the hospitality industry, working at the five-star Dragon International Hotel in China. After relocating to the United States, James completed studies in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Delaware Community College. After gaining additional experience in various hotels in Atlantic City and Philadelphia, he now oversees the Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering/Maintenance Operations of the Windsor Suites. James is an active member of the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association, as well as the Asian Federation.
Alan Robinson
Financial Controller
Alan was educated at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. He has over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, and is responsible for overseeing all financial operations for The Windsor Suites.
Jacqueline Jules
Director of Sales and Marketing
Jacqueline was educated at the University of Technology in Jamaica, WI. Her experience in the hospitality industry in Jamaica and the USA covers Tour and Travel Management, Resort Management, Food & Beverage and Catering Management, and Hospitality Sales. She is responsible for the Sales and Marketing of The Windsor Suites, and is a member of the Philadelphia Business Travelers Association and HSMAI.
